For Those of you who want to know how the whole P90X program is laid out and scheduled, I have designed my own little printable calenders that you can put up on your fridge or pin up on a wall.
You can print them out as often as you want. This way you can write things on them and just have multiple copies on hand. You can check them out down below in PDF format so they’re easy to print. I created a calender for all 3 phases.
Also for all those doing or are interested as to how the INSANITY WORKOUT is laid out, I have also made printable calendars for that routine. Print out as many as you’d like.
Finally, I also created a blank workout calendar to write down whatever workout you want onto it. Print out as many as you’d like. I hope you like the design!
